Oliver Studio
Oliver Studio is an urban refuge in the heart of Lafayette
Square. Oliver's commitment to the environment starts with
the Aveda products, continues in the salon's practices, and
is expanding into their new upscale resale, The Pink Skirt,
opening in April. Owner, Natalie Clark believes in giving
back to the community as well. Oliver Studio will be proving
hair and make-up for the Re-Style models, and great prize
packages for the competition winners. Make an

A-Designs
Ashley of A-Designs does not always get to show her work to
the eager public. Shunned for her keen green fashion
sense? No, she is only 12! A-designs creates clothes for the
All American Girl so that she can face the world knowing she
is not only wearing fashionable styles, but helping out the
world in the process.
Anna Jenkins
Anna uses yarn from old sweaters and afghans as her
supplies to knit and crochet clothes, outerwear and
accessories. Check them out at the Re-Style Fashion Show!
B.C.D Designs
B.C.D. uses fabric and yarn found at local thrift stores to
create new designs. New flair is given to old dresses by
hand-painting with a personal touch.
Katie Kantley
Katie Kantley is literally taking to the backyard to find
materials for her work. Ornamental grasses will soon become
a dress for the Re-Style Fashion Show. Check out her other
recycled and upcycled designs at www.kantley.com
Rock Dollz
Local Goodwills know Rock Dollz' Laura Tockman by name.
And you will too after you see her upcycled outfit made from
vintage rock T-shirts, army jacket and some other accessories
from her secret source. Keeping the music alive at

Green Belly Dancer
Only the really lucky aluminum cans make their way into
Amber Prices' designs. Their fate as the twinkly shimmy on a
belly dancer's costume is the best rebirth that all cans can
attain. Will we see them in action during the fashion show?
Be there to find out!
Kristi O'Meara
We were intrigued by Kristi's plan to use "secret chosen
materials" in her design for the Re-Style Fashion Show. What
else does she have up her sleeve, literally? Her
grandmother's dress patterns, fabric scraps, and thrift store
finds. Explore her other artwork at

Made By Lauren B
Tattoo artist, roller derby girl....seamstress? Lauren B is
tackling a completely recycled outfit for the Re-Style
challenge. An upcycled "Frankenhoodie" is in the works, and
we can't wait to see if there is some traditional tattooed
artwork incorporated into the design. Check out more of her
creations at www.madebylaurenb.etsy.com
Orchids and Ladybugs
Rescued materials from a yard sale free box and an old
bridesmaid dress are the ingredients in Orchids and
Ladybugs' designs that quickly caught our eye. These will
come together with salvaged silk flowers from the seasonal
clearing at the cemetery in an outfit with "dangerously nautical
flair." See more at www.orchidsandladybugs.etsy.com
Pearl
Vintage dresses that normally look frumpy and outdated will
be redesigned into contemporary, stylish pieces that can be
worn in the modern day.
